The request can be submitted within 5 (five) business days from the date of the canceled event to the email address: <a href=\"mailto:kohvik@kontserdimaja.ee\">kohvik@kontserdimaja.ee<\/a> Later claims will not be honored.<\/li>\n<li>If a customer does not use a prepaid order (e.g., does not attend the event, leaves the order unused, etc.), the order amount will not be refunded, and the order cannot be transferred to other events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>NB!! The administration of the Concert Hall is not responsible for any issues related to the content or organization of any event (including changes, cancellations, failures, dissemination of misleading information about the event, etc.).
