The parking garage has 237 spaces and is open 24/7. Entrance and exit are via Sakala Street. Rates are €2 / 30 minutes, €4 / hour, and €20 / per day. Fees are calculated in 30-minute intervals. Payment can be made in cash, by card, or via mobile. After payment, you have 15 minutes to exit. The barrier opens automatically with license plate recognition. There are 4 designated disabled parking spaces.

The Alexela Concert Hall can be easily reached by public transport, and the "Estonia" stops are located in the immediate vicinity of the Solaris Centre.
