General terms and conditions for placing a pre-order in the Concert Hall's online store:
- Placing an order requires the availability of tickets for the selected events.
- An order can be placed up to 27 hours before the start of the selected event.
- An order is considered accepted upon receipt of payment to the bank account of AS Tallinna Kontserdimaja.
- Group orders for 10 or more people should be sent at least 3 business days before the selected event to the email address: teenindus@kontserdimaja.ee
- Changes to an already placed order by the customer are accepted only if possible and with prior written agreement.
- In case of event cancellation, if the customer declines replacement tickets, the prepaid amount for the order will be refunded only upon the customer’s written request. The request can be submitted within 5 (five) business days from the date of the canceled event to the email address: kohvik@kontserdimaja.ee Later claims will not be honored.
- If a customer does not use a prepaid order (e.g., does not attend the event, leaves the order unused, etc.), the order amount will not be refunded, and the order cannot be transferred to other events.
NB!! The administration of the Concert Hall is not responsible for any issues related to the content or organization of any event (including changes, cancellations, failures, dissemination of misleading information about the event, etc.). The sole responsibility for all the aforementioned lies with the Event Organizer.
