The Folk Dance Society Pääsuke 35th jubilee concert „One who seeks, finds“

 Pääsuke was formed in 1979 as a female group. Today the society consists of 2 children groups, 3 female and 2 mixed groups – all together more than 100 dancers.
Behind the rapid growth of the past 5 years is the artistic director Rauno Zubko, who is also active in various other dance organisations and movements. He has created and staged dances for Estonian Dance Celebrations, including this years National Song and Dance Celebration “Aja Puudutus, Puudutuse Aeg."
Dancers will share the stage with a belovad Estonian band Jäääär, that probably doesn’t need a lot of introduction. The group that was formed in 1991 and now consists of Jaan Sööt, Tarvo „Tarz“ Jaaksoo, Tõnu „Tõun“ Timm and Teet Velling. Over the years they have issued 16 audio recordings and are still very succesful and always welcomed.
This concert will join the different faces of national dances. Besides authordances there will be a chance to see some folklore dances and a very special spectacle that is created solely for this occasion. Hopefully there is something in this show for every devoted folk fan and for the curious folklover. This is the chance to see some new faces of the band Jäääär and to happily remember this years Dance and Song Celebration.
The sincere happyness that comes from dancing and doing something together has given us some once in a lifetime memories and emotions that we now want to share with others!
