Disabled visitors

Visitors with disabilities and moving in wheelchair, who want to take part in the events held here, are always welcome at the Alexela Concert Hall.

Places for a visitor in a wheelchair and additional places for his companion are located at the back row of the ground floor on the 1st floor, and the platform is accessible by a stair lift. The width of the platform is 780mm and the length is 1000mm. Our service staff will help and guide you if needed.
The concert hall can be accessed in two ways:

arriving at the event by car, the entrance to the Alexela Concert Hall is indicated in the Solaris Parking Garage, and there are two disabled parking spaces marked there. With the help of our attendant, from the entrance of the parking lot, after ticket control, the elevator will take you either to the 0th floor, where the lobby, toilet and wardrobe are located, or directly to the 1st floor, where the seats for the visitor in a wheelchair and his companion are located.
when entering Solaris Center from the Rävala street side entrance, immediately turn left and go to the black office corridor door. If you have already agreed on an arrival time with our service – the Concert Hall attendant will be waiting there to guide you. If you have not agreed on arrival in advance, call +372 61 55 113.

Visitors with reduced mobility (users of wheelchairs, breathing apparatus, etc.) are asked to contact the Concert Hall service at +372 61 55 113 no later than the working day before the event to arrange the time and place of your arrival, to ensure a quick reception and a pleasant stay in our house.
