S.Petersburg State Ballet on Ice “The Nutcracker”

For this purpose, a special system will be built to freeze the stage with natural ice which requires 3.5 tons of ice cubes. The area to be frozen is huge, along with the very strict requirements of the management in respect of positioning and strength of the ice rink.

The Saint Petersburg State Ballet on Ice is the world's only artistic product that combines the classical pieces “Swan Lake”, “Romeo and Juliet”, “The Nutcracker” and “Sleeping Beauty” performed on an ice rink accompanied by the authentic music of Tchaikovsky and Prokopiev. This wonderful mix is complemented with a unique scenography, costumes and stage set made in the workshops of Mariinskiy Theatre.

On 11^th , 12^th and 13^th of March the Lords of Ice will present the performances “Swan Lake” and “The Nutcracker”. Ticket prices start from € 29, including charges. Children's ticket (up to the age of 16 years) - € 19, including charges. Tickets are available in the Piletilevi network.
